Hans Johansen has been a resident of Prince George since 1954. He obtained his real estate license in 1972. By 1975 he was the owner of his own real estate company called Metric Realty. Operating an increasingly successful company required a great deal of hard work and dedication, and twenty years later Hans was ready for a change. His decision to amalgamate with then Doucette Realty in 1996 allowed him to hand over day to day management and free himself for a return to his first love, selling homes.

In his lengthy real estate career Hans has had a hand in helping Prince George to develop from a small town to a major northern city. He brings an in-depth knowledge of the area, a wealth of experience, and expertise in all types of real estate to every transaction.
